Module 1: Foundations of OD

Module 2: Change Models and Frameworks
Master the three most widely used change frameworks in Indian organisations: Lewin's 3-Step, Kotter's 8-Step, and ADKAR. Learn when to use each and how to navigate resistance.
Module 3: Organisational Diagnosis
Learn to diagnose an organisation using McKinsey's 7S Framework — mapping strategy, structure, systems, style, staff, skills, and shared values to identify the root causes of performance gaps.
